1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 5 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies to first-time subscriptions only — renewals and plan upgrades are not eligible for refund under this policy.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@pipscrusher.com or submit a request through our Contact page within 5 days of your initial subscription purchase. Include your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund: (a) subscriptions older than 5 days; (b) plan renewals; (c) plan upgrades or downgrades; (d) accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations; (e) partial billing periods. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the USD-equivalent value at the time of refund processing.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur. A refund request involves returning the payment for the current period and immediately revoking access to paid features.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@pipscrusher.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
