Cannot Log In to My Account

Solutions for common login problems including forgotten passwords, locked accounts, and 2FA issues.

If you're having trouble logging in to your PipsCrusher account, try these solutions:

Forgot Your Password: 1. Go to app.pipscrusher.com/forgot-password 2. Enter your registered email address 3. Check your email for a password reset link 4. Click the link and create a new password 5. Log in with your new password

Email Not Verified: If you see "Email not verified", check your inbox for the verification email. If you can't find it, use the "Resend verification" option on the login page.

2FA Code Not Working:

Make sure your authenticator app's time is synced correctly (this is the most common cause)
TOTP codes change every 30 seconds — enter the code quickly
If your phone's clock is wrong, TOTP codes won't work. Enable automatic time sync in your phone settings.
Use one of your recovery codes if you can't generate a valid TOTP code

Lost 2FA Authenticator and Recovery Codes:

Contact support at support@pipscrusher.com with:

Your account email
Proof of account ownership

We'll verify your identity and help restore access.

Account Locked: After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again with the correct credentials.

Browser Issues:

Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try a different browser or incognito/private mode
Ensure JavaScript is enabled
Disable browser extensions that might interfere (ad blockers, privacy tools)
