Understanding Your Invoice and Billing History
How to view your payment history, invoices, and subscription details.
You can view your complete billing history and subscription details from your PipsCrusher dashboard.
Viewing Your Subscription:
Go to Dashboard → Subscription to see:
●Your current plan name and type
●Billing cycle (start and end dates)
●Next billing date
●Payment amount and currency
●Auto-renewal status
Payment History:
Your payment history shows all transactions including:
●Date and time of payment
●Amount paid and currency
●Payment method used (card type or crypto)
●Payment status (Completed, Pending, Failed)
●Transaction reference ID
Each payment generates a record that serves as your invoice. The record includes the plan name, duration, amount, and payment method.
Failed Payments:
If a payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.):
●You'll receive an email notification
●Your subscription remains active for a grace period
●You can retry the payment from your dashboard
●If not resolved, the subscription will be suspended
