How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Change your subscription plan at any time — understand how upgrades and downgrades work.
You can change your PipsCrusher subscription plan at any time from your dashboard.
Upgrading Your Plan: 1. Go to your Dashboard → Subscription 2. Click "Change Plan" or "Upgrade" 3. Select your new plan and duration 4. Complete the payment
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll have instant access to the new plan's features (more pairs, auto-trading, etc.). The price difference is prorated for the remaining period.
Downgrading Your Plan: 1. Go to Dashboard → Subscription 2. Click "Change Plan" 3. Select a lower-tier plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then. Features that exceed the new plan's limits (e.g., extra pairs) will be disabled when the downgrade takes effect.
Cancelling Your Subscription: 1. Go to Dashboard → Subscription 2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. This is different from requesting a refund (see our Refund Policy).
Reactivating: If you cancel and want to come back, simply choose a new plan and subscribe again. Your account data (signals history, settings) is preserved.
